You'll probably see me sitting somewhere writing. It depends on whether the words flow. If not I'll probably be chatting with people in the corridor or something. I guess I'm pretty average considering.

Collin never met his father, having been born just after his tragic accident into a grieving family. They tried their hardest to be strong for him though, and it worked. Look how he’s turned out raised by a widowed mother and an older brother who suddenly had a big pair of shoes to grow into. Still, Collin often ran up the sloping hills with his brother near their home to read from their father’s diary. He never really felt he was lacking that father figure, because Alexandr’s memory was always there.

She may look her prime but Mila has had a most eventful life, all beginning when she met Alexandr at a cafe during an exchange trip to Durmstrang in their seventh years. She ended up marrying the handsome Healer at 20 and giving birth to their eldest son, Alexei, in the same year. She only got six years with her husband before he died when the hospital he worked at got stormed by angry mafia wizards and he attempted to protect the others there. Unable to take the grief, she brought Alexei and the newborn Collin to Hampshire to get a new beginning. She’s become a tad more reserved since then but always showered her precious boys in warm love that neither could doubt and was requited in turn.

The fact that his name was the same as the last imperial prince’s is strangely suiting for Alexei. After graduating with the title of Head Boy and Co-captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, he went on to become a brilliant Curse Breaker for Gringotts, because even if it meant that he was away from home a lot they needed the money. Collin isn’t jealous though; Alexei and his mother never held any high expectations for him to follow in similar footsteps because he’d always been a dreamer. Besides, Alexei had big shoes to fill after the death of their father in an accident that nearly sent their family to shambles. No, Collin and Alexei are so close there might as well not be an age gap at all.
